This is a article with instructions on how to make a huge water balloon! Drop it from a tree, or throw it like Irish Hurtlers do. When this thing pops, it's 2-13 gallons of water will saturate your opponent.

You will need a trash bag to make this. The cheapest ones work best.
Take the trash bag and fill it with water. If you want it to be portable, then fill it with less water. But if you want it to devastate someone just walking by, fill it fully. Tie a know at the top. You can carry this around and fling it to get some pretty good range. I got at least 40 feet. There is one problem with this. Many times the trash bag is too strong. So it won't pop. That's why you should use cheap bags.
