P/C Ballooning Mod
By Neobird
Materials

CPS 1000, 1200, 1500, 1700, 2100, or 2700
Phillips Screwdriver
Epoxy (Optional, but recommended)

This is one of the most simple mods out there. For those of you who do not understand the basic concept behind CPS soakers, they force water into a rubber bladder when you pump, which is released when you pull the trigger. The principle behind this mod is simple. We're trying to give that rubber bladder a little extra boost. To do this, we need to add extra tension when the PC is filled. This is done by stretching various balloons over it. First, open up your soaker. CPS 1000/1200/1500/1700/2700 soakers shouldn't be too hard, but the CPS 2100 is a trick. Once it's fully open, open up the pressure chamber. Now, you'll need to stretch water balloons over the pressure chamber. I recommend 2-5 balloons depending on the performance increase you're looking for. You might want to add a little epoxy to the end so they won't fall off. Just remember, if you close up your soaker again and it won't shoot, IMMEDIATELY take it apart again and reverse the mod as best as you can. Never fool around with this kinda stuff. If you're having trouble, post on the forums in the appropriate section, or e-mail me at dan at dan dot everythingdm dot com. Below is a picture of the CPS 1000's rubber bladder:
