Commander Training
By Freakymist
Profile

A good commander must be able to think clearly and quickly during any situation. Every person on the squad should trust and respect the commander. The commander needs to have confidence in his/her decisions and his teammates. It is vital that every member of the squad is willing to listen to the commander.

Suggested Weaponry

The commander plays two roles in a water war not only does this person lead the squad but he also fights in battle as another position. The second position decides the weaponry. However, I do not recommend that the commander is a heavy gunner.

Training

To train the commander should think of various scenarios and try to solve them with a time limit. Also depending on the second role of the commander varies the rest of the training.

Other Equipment

* Pen/Pencil for making plans and maps.
* Clipboard as hard surface and to store pens, paper, and pencils.
* Map of the battlefield.
* Backpack for storage.
