Squads
By Freakymist
A squad is a group of people who want to have fun with compassion for water wars. Each member of a squad need to soak opponents, but try to stay dry at all cost. A squad is made up a various people which play various roles in order to defeat the enemy. All members of the group must be committed to the squad and get along with each other fairly well. A squad should not have to many members as that usually is harder to lead. There is a difference between the Elite Squad and the average squad. You want your team to be he Elite Squad. The Elite Squad is the group of water warriors who are willing to train for hours and win at all cost. The average team is a group of kids who just want to have fun and get wet but will most likely loose.

Organization

You will want to keep your squad organized so some of the things below may help:

Schedules

Hand each one of your soldiers a schedule which tells them training days, times of battles, etc. Try giving these a few weeks in advance so the soldier can clear up his/her calender.

Website

You can create a website to keep your squad on time to events and other things like that. But you should consider putting a password on the website so only squad members can view the site. SSCentral can host this site. PM DoomSoaker for more information.

Positions

Each soldier should have a different role that he/she is committed to in order for the squad to be successful.

These positions include: Commander, Tanker, Grunt, HWO(Heavy Weapons Officer), Recon Officer, and Escort.
