Training
By Freakymist
Before going into battle you need to be trained to battle. You may use this as just training or a "Boot Camp" to decide your teams ranks. I don't care really just you need to do *ALL* of these drills.

Pumping Your Gun

Have your team members grab the gun they wish to use in battle and do the following:

Freezing Pumping

1) Fill 2 buckets up with ice.
2) Have your team members stand in the buckets 1 at a time.
3) Now, while in the buckets have them pump there gun as many times as possible in 30 seconds.

Freezing Pumping + Soakage Pumping

1) Have your team members do the same thing as before.
2) While they are pumping soak them with your hose.

Running

Simple, time your men running a mile and keep track of their improvements.

Aiming

Make targets and have your men shoot at them while you move the targets around. Also have them shoot at targets while they are running, to increase their accuracy when running.

Fence Climb

Time your men to see how fast they can climb a fence, and keep track of improvements.

Obstacle Course

Combine all techniques to make the following:

1) Have a solider shoot 3 targets.
2) Run through mud.
3) Have all of your team members soak him as he runs past them.
4) Finally, have him climb the fence.

It should look like the following:
